Mine Leadership is an independent company which promotes the importance of developing leadership across the world and at any level.

We strongly believe that our capacity in facing our most complex human related challenges lies in our capabilities to call and develop the leadership that exists in everyone of us.
The company was founded in 2015 with the ambition to provide our clients with a safe place to reflect, experiment, and ultimately develop the leadership capabilities that they need to fulfill their missions.

We are collaborating, on a project based, with key experts on top of their fields that provides a multi-disciplinary approach to learning.

We work globally and support all forms of organizations (public and private sector, non-profit, business schools, start-ups…), and the communities they serve, in developing the leadership capabilities they need to  reach their purpose and be successful.

We are expert in designing, orchestrating and facilitating individual and group learning process.

A word from the founder

Mine Leadership was founded in 2015 years ago around the idea of transmission & inclusion.  

My motivation were lying at two levels:

 to create an alignement on the importance to develop strong leadership skills at any level of the society and from an early stage of life.

 to create a butterfly effect by developing global eco system of experts making best theories and teaching method available to practitioners.

When I engaged in that field more than 15 years ago, most of the programs proposed on the market were dedicated to seniors managers, with the underlying assumptions that the success of our organization were lying in the capacity of a few people to make the right decisions and define the strategic vision for their organization.

I couldn’t really rely on that vision because it gave on one side too much importance on the formal role people have in a system and on the other side not enough ownership to the other people in their capacity to contribute in creating the shift they want to happen in their environment.

By trotting the world and collaborating with best in class consulting companies & academic institution, I found a vision of leadership that acknowledge that complex, systemic challenges can’t be solved alone by people in position of authority. It requires the mobilization of people at every level of our family, our teams, our organizations and our society.

I started to find a definition of leadership that not only develop key managerial skills for decision makers but also address how to mobilize self and others in making collective progress beyond your formal role in society.

With that ambition in mind, I collaborated for years on project (for NGO, Government, Corporation and Education institution) with practitioners from different specialities and academic background. In a decade, I traveled in every continent and supported people from more than 50 different nationalities.

It made me realize two key elements on my practice that became the foundation for creating Mine Leadership:

– First, I wouldn’t have enough of a lifetime to learn all the theories and facilitation techniques that already exists in that field,

– Second, the more you can propose new perspectives and invite people to shift out of their cognitive horizon, the more you can create mental space for sustainable development of new habits.

Based on that, I decided to put my ambition in proposing comprehensive learning experiences integrating an eco system of key experts providing a variety of perspectives on adult learning coming from the behavioral sciences, neurosciences, management, sociology, psychology, philosophy, art, sport…

Today, I keep being inspired on a daily basis by the people I work with/for.

The philosophy of my work is based on deep respect and support to people I work with, no matter their role in society, background and origin.

I personnaly consider leadership as a courageous practice that you engage in because you are holding higher aspiration for the people around you, whether those people are your family, your team, your community, your organisation or the planet.
